With extensive knowledge in all aspects of the real estate market, Forrest is passionate about helping his clients find the home of their dreams in beautiful Greater Vancouver. A west coaster to the core Forrest was born on Haida Gwaii, then raised in Ucluelet on Vancouver Island, before moving to the Vancouver area 18 years ago. With strong roots in the lower mainland, Forrest has a well-developed sense of the local communities and knows all the ins-and-outs of each city. Initially employed in the building industry, Forrest learned the intricacies of home and high-rise construction first-hand. In 2009, a workplace accident ended this building career but opened the door to a new chapter in real estate.
With a passion for construction, building strong client relationships and problem-solving, Forrest has transitioned seamlessly into the real estate industry. Forrest’s approach to real estate is client-centred; he prioritizes getting to know his clients and their unique needs and taking care of them from beginning to end of the transaction. Originally from the UK, Jon grew up with real estate in his blood. Half his family were, and still are, involved in the business to this day and this is where his passion began! Making the move to Vancouver almost a decade ago, he quickly made the transition into the business and has never looked back since!
With a sales and marketing background in the music, media, and telecommunications industries, he is well-versed in all aspects of sales and marketing and thrives on exceeding client expectations and reaching that win-win deal. He quickly achieved ‘Rookie Of The Year’ at his former RE/MAX Brokerage and has been a consistent top 10% performer every year since!
If he’s not taking the real estate industry by storm, you’ll find Jon training for his next half or full marathon, digging into a good book, or hitting local music stores looking to enhance his already stellar collection of guitars. Born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Kylie is passionate about all things real estate! Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, she was surrounded by the opportunities that real estate can offer from an early age. Kylie’s Mother would continuously buy and renovate homes throughout her youth which was a great learning experience which she is truly thankful for. After seeing the power of real estate at work in her youth, there was no going back!
